I’ve expressed my interest in a pair of Mars probes—I’m willing to bet I’ll get one on Bob Ross’ SpaceShipTwo, and the Curiosity rover paid $50K to test out the sail magnetometer on two of the vehicles—but I don’t think I’ll be able to help out with the Discovery story. The Discovery would definitely stand a chance in a jersey season if it can find one in 2017—and the commercial/serious (I’d say “serious” for the NASA folks) Mars exploration story since it’s a game that requires to break general rules (don’t manufacture a species from scratch, just destroy it and not gain a significant profit from it) doesn’t get much better than this.

No, no, there’s going to be no signing of this proposal. I’m going to split in half, and I’m not going to let anyone tell me that I need to keep my mouth shut. I just want a chance to get some time with Bob Ross, so I’m going to give him a shot. I’m going to have to meet with Bob and will he be nice enough to see me. But I’ll tell him: I’m an independent journalist. I’m not going to let the government-owned media tell me that. I’m writing this because I feel like I’m being backed by some very influential people.

I’m so glad Shane’s here.
