An Apple store suffered a phishing attack and customers loved it (allegedly)

Samsung said in a statement to the New York Times that “Samsung, online retailer Kohl’s, and other online retailers have been at it for more than a decade and the Galaxy S4 is no exception.”

It was reported that Samsung was “grunting when it announced it would stop selling Galaxy S4 phones,” after it was caught selling around 9,000 Samsung Galaxy S4s at some point in the past year, mainly to Vietnamese customers.

On Monday, a Samsung employee told Reuters that the company had acquired 8,000 new Galaxy S4s in its first six months of operations, mostly to customers from India and South Korea.

“We’re now working with our customers to get them to the Samsung Galaxy S4,” Samsung spokesman Helwan Dong told Reuters.

The company will continue to sell its Galaxy S4 phones and tablets, but instead will sell its Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphones online.

It was not clear whether the Galaxy S4 would be offered for “loan origination” but as the retailer reported, “many of our customers are content to stay with the phones that they have. Rather than sell them for a loan, they will purchase one at a reduced price.”

Apple also said that it had sold the Galaxy S4, which it believes was stolen on Tuesday, for $1,203. The Galaxy S4 will be available for $3,999, it said.
