India reaffirms commitment to new cybersecurity rules

North Korea’s top diplomat, Hwang Ri Un, and his deputy, Kim Sang Ki, are due to address the Security Council in New York on Wednesday, the South Korean service said in a statement.

The official said Ri Un, Hwang Ri, and their deputy, Kim Sang Ki will be in New York to meet with some of the Security Council members.
