The hybrid work divide: Managers think tech is the answer – but staff disagree

One of the most dramatic experiences in the company’s history was the development of the first commercial Smart Batteries and the first commercial Smart Data. In 2014, the company launched the Holographic Networks project, a partnership that spawned the EARLIEST.

NSU CEO John Krueger said the work needed to be done to make the new technology truly industrial. “When you’re a consumer electronics company, you’re trying to build something that’s better, better and the next generation of smart devices will be just as smart,” Krueger said.

“But when what you’re building is something like a smart computer, it’s not necessarily mechanical.”

In 2015, the Holographic Networks project was launched. In the allusion to the Holographic Network used in the upcoming Light Web (LW), Batteries would automatically adjust their data to match the environment.

“Batteries are a wonderful invention, but they’re also a horribly inefficient way to communicate data on your network,” said Kelly Roddenberry, founder of NU Corp. The Holographic Networks project takes the idea of the NEXT (next generation Facebook-scale) smart TV and militates it with new technology.

“The leadership is hungry for insights about what is actually happening in the world around us. You see us in the world because we’re trying to do the very best that we can, but also because we’re building something new,” said Michael Cuddy, president of the NU Corp. and president of the Holographic Networks Board of Directors.

He said he’s been giving free hugs and holding hands to people with disabilities.

“I love the connectivity solution that’s on this amazing little cloud,” he said. “It feels like a home for all of us, and we really appreciate that.”

The NU co-founder and CEO said he wants to move into a world where technology is “a truly staggering foundation of a really powerful and intelligent technology that we all love and are fans of.”

“We are fully embracing the new breakthrough and land in a world where all you need to know is the specs and the benefits,” he said. “I think we are up there in the middle of that.”

Holographic Networks has over one million subscribers and over 20,000 employees. NU’s mission statement states “To extend the reach of the best, most advanced and most accurate holographic network technologies, the NU N N will show you where the industry will go and where that technology will take us.”
